No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items ordered online or purchased in-store. Please review your order carefully, including size, color, and product details, before completing your purchase.
Exceptions: Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- You must record an unboxing video showing the parcel being opened. This video is mandatory to support any defect or damage claim.
- You must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order at [email protected] or +91 93303 90037, with your order number and the unboxing video.
- Once approved, send the item back to our location. Return shipping costs for approved defect or damage claims are covered by AMIRAN Boutique.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges (not refunds) on unused, unworn items within 7 days of purchase or delivery. To request an exchange, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
Exchanges are available for both online and in-store purchases. Please note this is an exchange for another item or size, not a cash or online refund.

- Change of mind after purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Custom or made-to-order pieces, unless defective
